Story Board | YT Interview
For this project when I first heard that it was for a podcast show where DJs interview different artist I instantly had this idea of mixing different faces together. This idea symbolized all the different personalities and people you would meet when watching the show. In my storyboard it starts off with an Album 88 themed spray can spraying the title highlighting Atlantas prominent graffiti and urban life style. Using mixed media allowed for me to do a collage of different elements ranging from different textures, colors, typography and overall design. The middle sequence highlights the different DJs that host the interviews faces switching. Finally the paper rips open and reveals a vinyl record spinning. The record then spins into a dark fade which would then transition into the interview.

For this album of the year post I wanted to take to opportunity to really push my typography within motion design. With that being said this graphic starts off with the Album 88 title spinning in on a record. The scene then closes out to reveal the title of the graphic Album Of The Year, which then reveals into the chosen album.
